This wasn't just something we observed, it was something we experienced ourselves while renting and selling our own homes. And we quickly realised we weren't alone. Whether buying, selling or renting, everyone around us seemed to be managing one more full-time job: coordinating multiple people, chasing updates, comparing conflicting advice and trying to make confident decisions with incomplete information.
Having spent decades building high-quality professional services businesses, we expected a very different experience. One built on trust, expertise, accountability and customer service. Instead, we found an industry driven by listings and commissions, where customers are often left to manage the complexity themselves.
Today, property portals or developer resellers push existing limited listings, while broker networks vary widely in service quality and customer experience. What's missing is one trusted partner to bring it all together with the customer's interests at the centre.
Not to become another brokerage, but to become the housing partner we wished we'd had from the very beginning. Every decision we make starts with one simple principle: the client comes first - not listings, not commissions, not transactions.

Sudhanshu brings over 13 years of experience across venture capital, investment banking, and startup leadership - a blend of hands-on platform-building experience and sharp judgment on what makes technology-driven services businesses scale. He has seen the discipline of large institutions like Nomura, Edelweiss, and EY, and lived the zero-to-hundred journey at early-stage firms like Avataar Venture Partners and Recur Club. Every stop taught the same lesson: quality and consistent service delivery build trust, and trust compounds into growth. Azumi is where he’s betting that conviction on Housing.

Rinel has spent most of her career building TresVista, from its earliest days in 2007 with five people, into a firm of over 1,800 professionals today. She headed its largest financial services business, responsible for both revenue growth and profitability. An alumna of the Indian School of Business (ISB), nearly two decades of building a high-quality global financial services firm, with trust at its core, taught her what the property and housing industry is still missing: trust has to be built into the system itself, not just promised at the door.
